My Monthly Training Update

Monday 1 – worked up to 510 x 3 conventional dead, then easy 405 x 12 and bw + 75 x 5,4,3 pullups

Monday 2 – 60 minutes of extremely gentle cardio

Tuesday 1 – some kind of running and steady state on elliptical

Tuesday 2 – worked up to 205 x 3 military press, 135 x 3 x 10, and random pushups and stuff. One set each of three different curls.

Tuesday 3 – random gentle cardio?

Wednesday 1 – some kind of random running and steady state on elliptical

Wednesday 2 – worked up to 405 x 3,3,6 on parallel box squat and I don’t think I did any accessory work, just a set of leg raises.

Wednesday 3 – 7ish minutes of gentle sled pulling

Thursday 1 – some kind of interval running, 2 on 1 off I think plus some steady state elliptical.

Thursday 2 – gentle sled pulling, 10 minutes in 2:00 rounds

Thursday 3 – nothing? maybe some steady state or something

Friday 1 – treadmill sprints 60 on/60 off

Friday 2 – more gentle sled pulling, 10 minutes in 2:30 rounds

Friday 3 – worked up to 335 x 3,3,6 bench

did two works sets of machine leg press chest blasters, 3 plates per side x 16,14

scoops press: 195 x 9, 135×16

17 bodyweight (225) pullups

hammer curl, alternating: 50×3 x 8

machine face pull/high row: 45 x 25

leg raise

Saturday: heavy sled pulls, 3 plates x 1 trip, 3 plates + hundred x 1 trip, 3 plates + 2 hundreds x 2 trips, 3 plates + 3 hundreds x 2 trips

2 trips each of presses (1 plate), rows (2plates), curls (1 plate), extensions (1 plate)

1 trip of neck harness (empty sled)
