conventional deadlift: 135×1, 225×1, 315×1, 365×1, 405×1, 455×1, 465×6, 415×14

weighted pullup: bw + 50 x 12 x 4 I actually got 6 reps on the last set I think.

Then I went home and ate steak, low carb tortilla, potatos, chicken breast, nonfat cheese and about a quart of barbecue sauce.
