Running, Lifting and Carbs!

I ran on Saturday and did something like a 27 and change minute 3 mile, interval style.

This morning I did 3 miles in 26:20 and felt awful.

Tonight I did conventional dead, worked up to 475 for one and dropped down to 435 for 10 ugly reps.

Today was a high carb day, it felt… weird.
