Deadlifting But Not Pressing Is Good

military press: 155×2, 185×2, 205×1,3 200×3 + 2 or 3 jerks I think 205 x 3 is still a PR, so I shouldn’t complain, but I intended on getting 5.

pullups: bw (258) + 50 x 3 x 3, bw x 12 No straps on any of these.

conventional deadlift: 315×1, 405×1, 455×1 (no belt), 505 x 1 (belt), 505×5 PR, I think

incline BB: 235 x 8, 225×8

leg press shoulder press: one plate per side x 3 x 10, 1 x 15

conventional deadlift, belt and straps: 445 x 10 These made me feel awful. I don’t know what the deal is, but I felt really bad during training tonight.
