military press: 185x3x5, 185×4

pullup: bw+30x2x8

partial log press: worked up to 145x15ish

incline axle partials from chest: 195x15ish

conventional deadlift: 475×5, 485×5

shoulder press on leg press: one plate per side x 10, one 25 on one side x 20, empty sled x 20ish

face pull with bar: 10×15, 11×15

Wanted to pull 405 reps, but did 25 plate x 15 reps on back extension
