Saturday I just did some nothingness in the gym, nothing serious. Today I tried to do some trackwork, and after an inadequate warmup, tweaked my hammy a little. I should have listened to my workout partner.
Anyway… I’m going to start using Sunday as an easy technique day on the track, just to get loose and try to correct my terrible sprint form. On another day, maybe Saturday I’ll run some hills, since it will be less techniquely demanding and won’t let me extend out in front on my heel which seems to be the problem.
