Benching 06/05/09

Bench press: 225×3, 275×1, 295×5,5,6

Invert row: shennanigans. I think I added 15 or 20 pounds here and got some reps.

pullups: bwx13,6,6

YTWL: 5x3x12

reverse barbell curl: 75x3x10

Conditioning Circuit

30 seconds each:

  1. Mountain climber
  2. Lunges
  3. Air Squat
  4. situp
  5. SDHP
  6. pushup
  7. iso invert row
  8. db swing (35’s)
  9. flutter kicks
  10. bicycle
  11. 1LRDL

I did something else here but I can’t remember what it was.
