box squat: worked up to 405x2x5 off a paralell box. I warmed up with a super deep box but I just wasn’t feeling it.

GHR: front elevated 9″ with SSB x2x5 This is a marked impovement from last time.

buddy carries: 6 trips for time down and back on the b-ball court. Weights ranged from 205-220. 11:11 et.

52 pick up (Also known as “Deck of Cards – Core Centric”)*

Hearts – 4ct flutter kicks

Diamonds – situps

Clubs – 4ct mountain climbers (Kristen’s favorite)

Spades – 4ct elbow touches

Face cards are ten, Aces are 11, everything else is face value (2 is two, 3 is three, etc) We just cycled through the whole deck and it sucked.
