leg press: 4 plates x 6, 5 plates x 6, 6 plates x 6, 6 plates + 25 x 6, 7 plates x 6, 7 plates + 25 x 6
leg extensions 6,7,6×12 reps paused at the top superset with:
Anderson front squat: 315x3x8
ISO Bulgarian: 30 seconds, 50 seconds
one leg leg press: 2 plates, alternated reps till 100 on each leg
This session sucked hard. I’m not used to being unable to descend stairs at the end of training. I took a half-assed ice bath after training, and I ate a ton of shit for dinner. Three minute steaks and 8 oz of cheese.
