Not Much to Report

I’ve been doing some conditioning and I’m hella sore from Friday. That’s about it. I rode the bike for a half hour and did hella stretching and rolling on the foam roller. I didn’t do anything today, but tomorrow I’ll try to do some more conditioning, then deadlifting on Tuesday night.
