Squat and Bench Combo

Tried to get Kyle into his suit today… it’s not happening yet. I did high box (about three fingers above parallel) and worked up to a single at 495 and 8 reps at 425. I warmed up for bench with some kind of ridiculous crazy bell setup and did a single at 275, 315, 335 and 345. The last single was slow, but I got it.
