Another Belated Update

hang clean: randomness. It looks like I’ll be sweeping the platform again tonight though.

parallel box squat: 225×1, 315×1, 365×1, 405×1, 455×1, 475×1 PR!

I don’t remember what else we did, arms, maybe face pulls. It wasn’t anything too strenuous because this is was a backoff week.
