Man, was this an awful training session. I’ve really been eating like shit lately, not getting enough sleep and drinking too much, so I blame that. I don’t think it’s a good idea to push it when you’re not feeling it, so I didn’t.

conventional deadlift: 315×2, 405x2x1

box squat: 225×2, 315x2x2

ez curl: 135×3, 145×3?

military press: 135×5

GHR sidebend: 8 reps

knee raises: 10 reps

Just a lot of stupid crap, none of it very purposeful or intense. I need to start getting more sleep, eating better and this will fix itself.
