I was trying to get my session in quick tonight.
competition grip bench: 225x2x3, 275×2, 315×1, 315×3-almost 4
3-board press: 335×1, 345×1, 365×2
machine row: 140×7, 4, 3 rest-pause
lat pulldown: 17×8, 6, 3
I tried to do one heavy set of dumbbell press, but I just didn’t feel it. I was pretty gassed after all that board pressing.
On a side note, there were plenty of hotties at intramural volleyball, including a reappearance by Tall-sock Girl. Nice!
