Then I did 30 minutes of cardio. I kept my heart rate around 150 bpm, for what it’s worth. The last few minutes I pushed a little harder and got it up around 160-170.
Then, they must have been doing one of the later brackets of intramural girls basketball. I wanted to come home to watch Moment of Truth (which it turns on wasn’t even on when I thought it was.) but it was a hard choice compared to them baller gals. There was one that was every bit as tall as I am, and a touch more… and a real looker too.
