I did a whole 30 minutes of cardio on the bike. Wow, that was boring. Then I did some stretching. I tried to do some of the “extreme stretches” from the the Dogg Pound in the Intense Muscle forums, but they were super hard and I kind of half assed them. (Oh, and that’s a pretty rough forum, so don’t go posting around there unless you want to get flamed apart.) If I’m going to start doing them after my real training sessions, I’m going to man up and do them right.
